The test and measurement of electronics is an important part of any production or manufacturing process to ensure reliability, quality and minimal downtime. Engineering technology trainers will design a customized learning experience addressing topics such as: -Design, programming and testing of electronic test procedures -Basic measurement of voltages, currents and components in a circuit -Meters, analyzers, cable testing and signal generation -Automated testing using GPIB and LabView

Fox Valley Technical College can assist your company with on-site training in programs such as AutoCAD, CATIA V5 and Autodesk Inventor. Additional titles and software training may be available with the assistance of FVTC training partners.

FVTC's process control customized training and technical assistance examines servo and process control with an emphasis on instrumentation. Process instrumentation controls variables during manufacturing of a product. Training can address batch and continuous processing.

OSHA's injury and illness record-keeping systems are often neglected, misinterpreted or improperly maintained. Workers' compensation injury reports are not enough to establish compliance. OSHA also requires an annual report that summarizes injuries/illnesses, including not only lost-time accidents, but also restricted-duty cases, and any incident that needed "medical attention".

Variable speed drives are heavily used in industry to control machines, motors and processes. Operators, technicians and management need to understand the operation and application of these devices. Training is available in operation and application of DC and AC variable speed drives, programming drive parameters, interfacing devices to drives and troubleshooting. Training is available on a number of different models. Additional training courses provide DC and AC motor training.
