This course is an introduction to UAS Pesticide Application. Comprised of Aerial Application Commercial Application Category 9.9, a solid knowledge base of sUAS airman knowledge test, part 107 for exam preparation, what to expect from a WDATCP inspector, and application using DJI Agras UAV overview and operation.

Is designed for people who are or have been certified by the Wisconsin Department of Health as a Lead-Safe Renovator and wish to satisfy the training requirement to renew that certification. It provides four hours of continuing education credit for those seeking credits to renew their Wisconsin or Minnesota Residential Contractor Qualifier designation.

Explains that effective April of 2010, each crew conducting remodeling, renovating and/or painting activities in homes built before 1978 will have to have at least one member certified as a Lead Safe Renovator. This course satisfies the training requirement to obtain EPA Renovator Certification. Topics covered include background information on lead, health effects of exposure to lead, regulations, worksite preparation, conducting interim control and non-abatement activities, worksite clean-up and disposal.

The Wildland Fire program offers high quality habitat projects including prescribed burning, burn plan writing, site preparation and maintenance. Understanding and application of operating rules and regulation of Part 107 – Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems. This course is designed to provide the knowledge base for the successful passing of the sUAS airman knowledge test in order to obtain a commercial drone operation certificate.
