Prepares Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board (LESB) certified law enforcement officers to effectively administer and teach the handgun and rifle training program within the 720-hour preparatory law enforcement officer training academy, provide handgun and rifle instruction at an agency level, as well as present the Wisconsin Department of Justice concealed carry training course. Includes Miniaturized Red Dot Sights (MRDS) training.
Provides an overview of the essentials of training and teaches students how to create a performance-based instructional environment that maximizes student learning through scenario-based training.

This course emphasizes teaching and learning techniques that promote active learning, support learners with a variety of learning preferences and needs, and generate continuous improvements in teaching and learning. The goal of this program is to prepare certified officers who are proficient in operating Radar/Laser to deliver the LESB-approved Radar/Laser curriculum.
Designed for the police officer who wants to implement safe, effective and proven techniques for scenario based training for their agency. The course is based off the curriculum developed by the State of WI Scenario Advisory Board. The course will cover the theory, practicality and necessity for conducting scenarios for modern day law enforcement.
Prepares law enforcement professionals to effectively administer and teach the Operating While Impaired (OWI) / Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) training program. Emphasizes teaching and learning techniques which promote active learning, support learners with a variety of learning preferences and needs, and generate continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
Prepares Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board (LESB) certified officers to effectively teach the Tactical Response training program and for certification as a Tactical Response Instructor.
