Prepares instructor candidates for certification as a Defensive Tactics Instructor (DT Instructor). This course replaces DAAT and POSC Instructor courses as of January, 2022.

The 'First Level Leadership for Law Enforcement ' is a highly interactive four-part series that provides new and experienced leaders the tools they need to effectively motivate, communicate and direct their teams to meet organization goals and control crisis situations. This course would apply to a broad range of law enforcement agencies.

This course prepares L.E.S.B. certified Officers to effectively administer and teach the Wisconsin DOJ Firearms Training program. This course will prepare Certified Officers who are proficient in using a firearm to deliver LESB approved Firearms curriculum.

Transitions current Vehicle Contacts Instructors to the new LESB approved model for High Risk Vehicle Contacts, as well as provides information on connected and automated vehicles; ATV/UTV’s and snowmobiles.

Provides an overview of the "essentials of training" and teaches students how to create a performance-based instructional environment that maximizes student learning through scenario-based training.
