Instructs officers/responders on what to do if they or their partner are injured in a tactical/hostile environment. Covers initial blood sweeps, proper tourniquet application, wound packing with hemostatic agents, pressure points to control blood loss, pressure dressings, chest seals, Narcan use, and hasty officer evacuation techniques.
