Six Sigma Green Belt Training

The Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt course is a comprehensive review of the Lean and DMAIC methodologies and introduces the common tools utilized in continuous improvement activities. LSS Green Belt training provides employees with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively facilitate continuous improvement efforts and project improvement teams. Completion of this course will prepare participants for completing organizational improvement projects using the LSS methodologies.
