Advanced Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement

This course will go in depth on how to administer and perform underage decoy programs. Attendees will be provided with the new Act 73 information which includes the “No-Sale Venue” laws. Attendees will be educated on laws pertaining to in-depth inspections, record keeping, advanced tobacco laws/inspections, the up-to-date Hemp laws, and video gaming enforcement. This class will provide attendees with advanced knowledge in the laws of inspections and underage decoy program administration. Law Enforcement training class. Prerequisite: Must have attended Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement training (either in the past or the class day prior) or have basic knowledge/experience in alcohol related laws.
