Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement

This course was designed to educate Law Enforcement Offices on alcohol and tobacco laws, the proper licenses required by WI State Law, and how to perform compliance checks at Class A and Class B licensed businesses. Attendees will receive hands-on training with different type of ID’s required by State law, and how to detect fake ID’s. Attendees will learn methods to enforce laws inside and areas surrounding these establishments. Attendees will also learn the importance of underage alcohol enforcement, and enforcement techniques to tackle this issue. The new ACT 73 information will also be covered. Attendees will be given directions as to how to perform inspections at licensed businesses.
